In a word, “exceptional”! This was our first home purchase and the team was patient, explained each step of the process, was soft yet realistic in explaining our list of “wants” may not be as achievable and they were available 24/7.

You fulfilled all of our expectations and more- just as you did the last time. You give real meaning to the phrase “customer service,” and as a wonderful plus seem to really enjoy what you do. You minimized the stress and worry that often seems inherent in real estate transactions. You literally helped keep us on track and exhibited great professionalism and integrity. We have had many experiences on purchasing and selling homes we own in the last 20+ yrs, but we have never met a realtor such as Brooke, she was very involved in every aspects of the transaction, she takes it personally throughout the whole process.
