Meet Megan Eckert

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Megan grew up in a neighborhood developed by her great-grandfather and has always felt closely connected to the community. Her career began in marketing, spanning from small Santa Barbara County wineries to global brands like Specialized Bicycles, and today she brings that expertise to her role as Operations and Marketing Manager for the Easter Team. Known for her thoughtful and analytical approach, Megan enjoys helping the team share their story while keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she can be found cycling, surfing, or running in the Santa Ynez Mountains, always inspired by the landscapes she calls home.
