Meet Alanna Watson

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Alanna always felt a strong connection to Santa Barbara through her family’s longtime ties to the community. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Art, she moved here in 2011 and quickly pursued the real estate career she had always envisioned. Known for her calm and kind approach, Alanna pairs her love for the community with strong local knowledge to guide clients with clarity and care. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and making each transaction as smooth as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her two pups, relaxing at the beach, taking Pilates classes, and spending time with family and friends.
