The Monarch is a wonderful addition to the local Santa Barbara dining scene. Located at the historic Montecito Inn, this stylish setting is just what Coast Village Road needed.  There is something for everyone on the tantalizing seasonal menu and sharing is encouraged. Incredible food, impeccable service and a very friendly staff all add up to a memorable dining experience.  Across the breezeway from the Monarch is Chaplin’s, an intimate martini bar that offers crafted cocktails and a delicious appetizer menu.

Goleta also has a new upscale restaurant addition, Vicenta’s.  Located in the Camino Real Shopping Center, this option fills a void for high end dining in a relaxed atmosphere.  The Mexican fusion menu features traditional dishes with a modern twist.  The staff is attentive and does an excellent job catering their clientele.
