The greatness of the Easter team comes from listening, understanding, patience,
attention to detail, and follow-through.

They listen and understand. We never had the sense that they were trying to sell
something that wasn’t right, but, rather, that they understood what we wanted and
never pushed on a home that we had dismissed. Conversely, there were several
occasions when they pointed out flaws in a home that we had initially felt good
about.

They are patient. They showed us over 80 homes before we found the one we
bought. We often asked if they were going to fire us, but they never showed any
frustration or impatience with us.
