November: The Last Month of Autumn, But The Beginning of a New Adventure!
It’s hard to believe that November is already here! October was a blur of pumpkins, trick or treating and an ever changing Real Estate market. There continues to be an increase in inventory and unique/well priced homes are selling with multiple offers. We just represented the buyers on a multiple offer situation for a downtown bungalow and were able to close escrow in 10 days. If you want us to find that special property, don’t hesitate to call! Below are some of our October community highlights that our team participated in.
