November: The Last Month of Autumn, But The Beginning of a New Adventure!

It’s hard to believe that November is already here! October was a blur of pumpkins, trick or treating and an ever changing Real Estate market.  There continues to be an increase in inventory and unique/well priced homes are selling with multiple offers. We just represented the buyers on a multiple offer situation for a downtown bungalow and were able to close escrow in 10 days.  If you want us to find that special property, don’t hesitate to call! Crane Country Fair

What an incredible day filled with games, crafts and homemade goodies at Crane Country Day School! Fun was had by the entire team volunteering and participating in this annual event.

Cold Spring School Fall Event

From bouncy houses to cupcakes galore, the Cold Spring community showed up and gave their support. Proceeds benefited the elementary school.

Hundreds of children shared in the Halloween delight as they trick-or-treated up and down Coast Village Road in Montecito. This time-honored tradition offers fun for the whole family.
