It’s hard to believe that November is already here! October was a blur of pumpkins, trick or treating, and an ever-changing Real Estate market. There continues to be an increase in inventory and unique/well-priced homes are selling with multiple offers. We just represented the buyers on a multiple-offer situation for a downtown bungalow and were able to close escrow in 10 days. If you want us to find that special property, don’t hesitate to call!
